Crompton Greaves Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2010, inter alia, to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results and Segment-Wise Financial Report for the quarter and nine-months ended December 31, 2009 (Q3) & will also take a decision as regards declaration of 2nd interim dividend for the financial year 2009-10. Further the Company has informed that, February 05, 2010 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
