Havells India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2010, inter alia, : 1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2009. 2. To consider and recommend the payment of interim dividend; if any, to the Shareholders of the Company for the year to end on March 31, 2010 and will fix the Record Date for determining the name of the Members to whom the interim Dividend shall be paid, if declared by the Board.
