Jindal Steel & Power Ltd has informed BSE that the Sub-Committee of Directors at its meeting held on January 30, 2010, has allotted 4,52,246 equity shares of Re. 1/- each in accordance with the terms of Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS-2005). Consequently with effect from January 30, 2010 the issued, subscribed and paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 93,12,34,082.00 divided into 93,12,34,082 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
