Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. has informed the Exchange that "Sub-Committee of Directors has, in its meeting held on 30th January, 2010 allotted 4,52,246 equity shares of Re.1/- each in accordance with the terms of Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS-2005). Consequently with effect from 30th January, 2010 the issued, subscribed and paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.93,12,34,082.00 divided into 93,12,34,082 equity shares of Re. 1/- each".
