Tata Steel Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2010, inter alia, approved a framework for co-operation between Tata Steel Ltd and Nippon Steel Corporation for the production and sales of automotive cold-rolled flat products at Jamshedpur. The Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the Press Release dated January 28, 2010 titled "JOINT VENTURE FOR PRODUCTION AND SALES OF AUTOMOTIVE COLD- ROLLED FLAT PRODUCTS".
