Tata Steel Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company on January 28, 2010 has approved a framework for Co-operation between Tata Steel Limited and Nippon Steel Corporation for the production and sales of automotive cold-rolled flat products at Jamshedpur.
