Tata Steel Limited has informed the Exchange that "Mr. J C Bham, Company Secretary has superannuated from the services of the Company on January 31, 2010. Mr. A. Anjeneyan is appointed as the Company secretary & Chief of Compliance of the Company with effect from February 01, 2010. In terms of Clause 47 (a) of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges, Mr. Anjeneyan is also appointed as the "Compliance Officer" of the Company with effect from the same date."
