Dabur India

Dabur India Ltd has informed BSE that the Remuneration cum Compensation Committee in its meeting held on January 27, 2010, has granted 26,345 fresh Stock Options under Dabur Employees Stock Option Scheme 2000 to the eligible employees of the Company / its subsidiary with the following terms & conditions:- 1. The above options have vesting period of 1 to 5 years. 2. The said options shall be exercisable within a period of 3 years after vesting of the same. 3. The said options carry the right to apply for equivalent number of equity shares of the Company of Re. 1/- each at par. Further, the committee has also cancelled 44,733 stock options issued to employees earlier.

Dabur Q3 cons net profit up 27.78% at Rs 138 cr

Dabur India has declared its third quarter results of FY10. Its net profit went up 7.93% to Rs 113 crore as against Rs 104.7 crore, on year-on-year basis (YoY).

Net sales jumped 13.46% to Rs 764.3 crore from Rs 673.6 crore (YoY).

The company's consolidated net profit increased 27.78% to Rs 138 crore as against Rs 108 crore.
