Dena Bank BSE NOTICES
Dena Bank has informed BSE that in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2A) of Section 3 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, the Government of India, in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India has increased the Authorised Capital of the Bank from Rs. 1500 crores (Rupees One thousand five hundred crores) to Rs. 3000 crores (Rupees Three thousand crores). The notification to this effect had been issued by Government of India vide Notification dated November 10, 2009 which is published in the Gazette of India: Part II Sec. 3, sub-sec. (ii) on November 21, 2009 vide S. O. No. 3123 and 3124.

No.9/22/2006-BO-I dated December 31, 2007 had nominated Shri M.Surya Naik, as a part time non official Director on the Board of the Bank, for a period of two years from the date of notification or until further orders, whichever is earlier. As per above notification, the term of Shri M. Surya Naik ceases as a Director on the Board of the Bank from 31/12/2009".

Dena Bank Q3 net profit down at Rs 134 cr
Dena Bank has declared its third quarter results of FY10. It has reported net profit of Rs 134 crore as against Rs 140 crore.
Net interest income (NII) declined to Rs 283 crore from Rs 353 crore.
