Punjab National Bank has informed BSE that Sh. S. R. Khurana, Director on the Board of the Bank appointed under Chartered Accountant Category under Clause (3)(g) of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 read with sub-clause (1) of Clause 3 of The Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970 ceases to be Director on the Board of the Bank w.e.f. January 02, 2010 on the completion of his tenure.
