Jet Airways (India) Ltd. has informed the Exchange regarding the following outcome of Board meeting : Investment in MAS GMR Aerospace Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd. Limited :- The Board has accorded its in-principle approval for an investment of up to 26% (partly for cash and partly for consideration other than cash) in the Share Capital of MAS GMR Aerospace Engineering Company Pvt. Limited, Hyderabad, subject to receipt of all statutory and regulatory approvals, as may be required. MAS GMR Aerospace Engineering Company Pvt. Limited, is a 50 : 50 joint venture between Malaysian Aerospace Engineering SDN BHD, Malaysia, and GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited, set up to undertake airframe maintenance, repair and overhaul activities.

Jet Airways Q3 net profit at Rs 105.8 cr
Jet Airways has announced its third quarter results. The comapny's Q3 net profit was at Rs 105.8 crore versus net loss of Rs 214.18 crore, YoY.
Its net sales were at Rs 2,722.68 crore versus Rs 2,908.87 crore, YoY.
Jet Airways says
-Record high seat factors boosted operating profit
-Q3 EBITDA (earning before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) at Rs 7,100 crore versus Rs 3,600 crore.
-Jet, Jetlite maintain market share at 26.9% versus 23.7%
-Cautiously optimistic about economic growth
-Strong recovery in operation metrics
-Domestic yield growth at 24% (QoQ)
-International yield growth at 9% (QoQ)
-Leased only 4 aircraft to Turkish Airlines
