Repro India
Repro India Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee has vide resolution passed by circulation dated December 24, 2009 recorded lapse of 55000 number of Stock Options granted to three of the employees under the Repro India Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 on account of their resignation. Further the Company has informed that, the Compensation Committee has vide resolution passed by circulation dated December 24, 2009, re-granted 55000 stock options under the Repro India Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 to the benefit of Mr. Pramod Khera, who is an Executive Director of the Company, which were initially granted to three of the employees and had now lapsed on account of their resignation. The stock options granted to the Executive Director cover 55000 equity shares of the Company.
