Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 27, 2010, inter alia, to consider and take on record Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2009 (Q3) and also to consider Interim Dividend, if any, for the year 2009-10 at the said meeting. Further, the Company has fixed February 02, 2010 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of payment of interim Dividend on Equity Shares for the Financial Year 2009-10, if declared by the Board.
