Chennai Petroleum Corporation has announced its third quarter results of FY10. It has reported net profit of Rs 220.3 crore as against net loss of Rs 1,269.8 crore (YoY).
Net sales increased 22% to Rs 6,849.8 crore from Rs 5,617.4 crore (YoY).
Operating profit margin stood at 1.76% as against EBITDA loss of Rs 1,801 crore. Its forex gain stood at Rs 66 crore in third quarter.
Gross refining margin (GRM) was at USD 3.44 a barrel.
The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs (-) 37.20 per share, till the results of September, 2009.
The book value of the company is Rs 205.97 per share. Price-to-book value of the company was at 1.14.
