Utv Software Communications Limited has informed the Exchange that "The Company has filed today i.e. on January 25, 2010 with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra the copy of the order made by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay dated 8th January, 2010 sanctioning the scheme of Arrangement between UMP Plc, UTV Motion Pictures (Mauritius) Ltd. and UTV Software Communications Limited. Pursuant to the filing of the order as aforesaid all the Scheme have become effective and pursuant to the Scheme having become effective the Shareholders/Investors Grievance Committee met today and allotted 64,36,782 equity shares of Rs.10/- each of the Company to the Independent Shareholders of UMP plc".
